This is a basement suite of a deluxe duplex chalet. Very cozy and comfortable. The entry is at the rear of the chalet, and the hot tub is just steps away.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ski-in via the new "Back-in-Time" run off of Sun Peaks' newest mountain, Mt. Morrisey. Burfield Quad Chairlift is 4-5 minute walk.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The walk to the center of the village (restaurants, shops etc.) takes about 15 mins. The drive to the center of the village takes about two minutes.

Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
