Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Cash
For bookings over New Years, the extra person charge is $50/night. No refund for cancellations over Christmas, New Years, US President's Week or BC Spring Break

• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
