Upon approval, one dog will be allowed. The fee is an additional $15/night. If there is any additional cleaning or repairs required as a result of the pet, the guest will be required to pay this via credit card.

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed. Master Bedroom has ensuite bathroom, VCR, TV and Stereo. The room was painted in 2005 with designer colors. It is very relaxing.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed. This room is on the opposite side of the unit from the master bedroom (which provides for a great sense of privacy)and has a queen bed, clock radio, and full closet.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

More Information

The perfect location for Sun Peaks. We are 200 meters from the village, 100 meters from the recreation center which has a heated pool and offers family activities. Despite this central location, the unit is very peaceful. Once the lifts close, enjoy a private, quiet, soak in the hot tub while listening to Snow Creek. - Please note that internet access is winter only NOV - APR.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
