This unit has a view of the main ski hill, Sunburst lift, as well as Mt. Morrisey. Both ski hills can also be viewed from the hot tub.

This larger unit has an incredible view of 2 ski hills, which can both be viewed from the hot tub! The BBQ is on the small deck looking onto the ski hills.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ski back to the complex. Short walk (less than 150m) to ski out.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This unit is central to the Sun Peaks village, where one can shop and dine in some fabulous restaurants.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
The guest making the reservation is required to be 25 years or older.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
