1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). There is a balcony off of the Master bedroom with views of Mt Morrisey, Tod Mountain, and down the valley.

1 Queen Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Queen Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 2). This room has a queen over queen bunk.
Bedroom
2 Double Lower Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) and 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). This room has two single over double bunks.
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View complex information and photos at Forest Trails. There are two private decks, one off the dining room and one off the master bedroom. Both decks have spectacular views of the ski hills and valley. There is an iron and ironing board available in the unit. The kitchen and bathroom tile floors are heated.

Distances
• The Airport is located in Kamloops BC, approximately a 45 minute drive from the ski area. There are shuttles from Kamloops to the mountain.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a maintained walking trail that is lighted at night from our complex to the rest of the village. The walk to the golf course is about 7 minutes. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ski in from Gentle Giant (Platter lift) on access trail located beside the complex, or from run (Mt Morrisey Connector). Less than five minute walk out across the bridge to the trail which leads to main lifts (Gentle Giant). The complex backs onto a creek and green space. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the Rec Center (pool, hot tubs) and the separately lit NHL size skating rink is only 5 minutes from the unit and the walk to the Resort Center is about 7 minutes. The drive to the nearest city (Kamloops) takes about 45 minutes. The great thing about this location is that you can park your car and get about on foot during your entire vacation. Everything is close by and accessible. • For summer fun - A few fishing lakes are located less than an hours drive away. This area is well known for its great fishing. Rise with the sun to fish, and be back in time to spend the rest of the day golfing or mountain biking. Grill your catch on the BBQ as you watch the sun go down!
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque Further to Cancellation policy: Between 7 days from booking and 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit of the first night's rate plus the tax will be forfeited unless re-rented. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
