    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Diners Club
