This 2200sq.ft brand new (2006) chalet has all the features you require for an enjoyable get-a-way. There are 4 bedrooms which sleep 12 and 3 full bathrooms. Ski down off "Fairways Ski Back" run into the back yard. There is a private front deck and a private back deck with a 6 person hot tub. There is private laundry, wireless Internet, stereo and 2 TVs with DVD and VHS players. The kitchen is very large with all the amenities you need to cook gourmet meals. There is a separate 'kids' room with a T.V. Great views of the mountains from the living room. Only a short 7 minute walk to the village.

View
From either the main front deck or the upper deck off the master bedroom the views are terrific of the ski runs on Mount Tod. Sitting in the private hot tub off the back deck you can enjoy the well treed back yard.

• Kamloops Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Shuttle service is available in the winter months.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving less than 1 minute away. Sun Peaks ski resort. You can ski right into the back yard of our chalet. Ski out is a 7 minute walk or a 1.5 minute car ride. Great views of the slopes!
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). It is an easy 7-8 minute walk into the village along the road side or through the well lit trail. Driving will only take you 1.5 minutes. Everything from restaurants, pubs, shopping, etc. are available in the village.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 8 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
