Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
