Cozy mountain townhouse at Sun Peaks Ski Resort
Our mountain townhouse is located in The Peaks development at the renowned Sun Peaks Resort. It is located on the 2nd hole of the Sun Peaks 18-hole golf course and a 5-minute walk from the village center and ski lifts. Our spacious townhome is very comfortable and convenient. It has nice views and can comfortably accommodate 8 people.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 200) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    For bookings over New Years, the extra person charge is $50 night. No refund for cancellations over Christmas, New Years, US President's Week or BC Spring Break.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
