    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal
    Cancellation: If you cancel the booking, we will return 40% of the money back and keep 10% for processing. We will return the remaining 50% only IF we get another booking for your dates.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
