Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express Payment & Deposits: A deposit equal to the room rate and applicable taxes for one night per week of your stay is due at the time your booking is made. If your booking spans more than one rate period, the deposit will consist of the average nightly rate plus taxes. You have 14 days from the time of booking to cancel your reservation, less a $25 administration fee. After this 14 day period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining balance becomes due, in full, 1 month prior to arrival, and is non-refundable. You, the registered guest, are responsible for payment for all nights reserved, regardless of the actual arrival or departure date. IF ANY PAYMENTS ARE IN DEFAULT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT NOTICE. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $20.00 per. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size. A deposit of $0 will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
