    1 Queen Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This room has an L-shaped loft bed. The single is on the top against the wall with a queen-sized bed below. There's an LCD TV / DVD Player in this room to occupy the kids! Built-in shelves / drawers in the closet.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
