Park your vehicle never to use it again as you are two minutes from the village, 5 minute walk to the golf course, 3 minute walk to the skating rink and tube park. Compare the location and you will not want to stay anywhere else.

    1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Brand new linens, comforters and mattress pads in June 2007. Freshly updated and painted. Phone and alarm clock provided.
    Living Room
    1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Brand new linens, comforter and mattress pad in June 2007. Freshly updated and painted.

    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    A $250.00 damage deposit will be taken. If the unit is damaged or if the hot tub needs to be drained and refilled after your stay you will be contacted in regards to how much you will be charged for.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of .
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
