• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The shuttle bus runs every half hour to the village. The bus stop is right out in front of complex.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby. This unit has a view of the fourth green of the golf course.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ski-in to the back yard of this unit from Mount Morrisey and the unit is only a 700 meter walk (5 minutes) away from the Burfield Chairlift. Alternately it is a 1 minute drive (1 km) to the main village chairlift area. From the Burfield outrun you can ski to 100 meters from the front door.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This unit is a quick walk from the main village area on the village trail. This trail winds through the golf course and is kept cleared in the winter and is lit at night time. Once at the village you will have access to the many shops and restaurants.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
