Cozy, modern Sun Peaks studio for four.
Enjoy the cozy comforts of our family owned studio suite. Newly (2007) updated to include all the comforts of home to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Laminate flooring, heated tile in the kitchen/bathroom, and a gas fire place add to the atmosphere. A short morning walk (100 meters) leads to the ski runs and at the end of a spectacular day simply ski right to the door! Warm up in the hot tub, and then snuggle up to watch a DVD or TV. The kitchen is fully stocked, and includes an espresso/cappuccino machine. The village is a 2 minute walk for groceries, shopping and restaurants.

    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). A short 100 metre walk to the end of the cul-de-sac is all that is required to reach the hill. At the end of the day you can ski right to the front door on the ski paths.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). A short 2 minute walk through a forest grove and you are in the Village.
    • Nearby Attractions: The Sports Complex with heated outdoor pool and hot tub is a one minute walk away from the suite. During summer tennis courts are also available for use. Note: per use fees in effect for the Sports Complex.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Discover Card
    No refunds over Christmas, New Years, U.S. President's Week or B.C. Spring Break. Credit cards are processed through PayPal. No account is necessary.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
