Beautiful End Unit Town home across from Mount Morrisey This brand new unit has been built with comfort in mind. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The dining room features two story windows and a cathedral ceiling. The fireplace in the living room is an inviting place to warm your toes. The home has been outfitted with 3 TVs so you can relax and enjoy cable programming or DVDs. The hot tub is located on the lower level. The laundry room has a full sized washer/dryer for your use. The four bedrooms are all a good size with good storage. Ski equipment can be stored in the secure heated garage. |

Special Conditions
The adult child ratio must be 1:2. You must be 25 or over to rent the unit. This is a family resort. More than one complaint about noise or disruptive behaviour could result in eviction.

The kitchen has been equipped with as many small appliances as we could think of to help make your stay enjoyable.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Spacious with a dresser, end tables and 32" LCD TV. Also has an ensuite bathroom with a double shower, toilet and vanity.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Spacious with a chest of drawers and large closet.
Bedroom
1 Queen Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). A single over queen bunk bed which sleeps 3 comfortably. Also has a large closet and dresser for storage. The bunk has been equipped with reading lights. A great room for the kids.

1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). A single over bunk bed which sleeps 3. Located on the lower level off the family room. It is equipped with a dresser and closet with lots of storage space...a great room for those that want some privacy.

Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin. Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin. Bathroom 4 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Our unit is situated across the street from Mount Morrisey. The area is treed and the mountain is visible from various points in our unit. The best views are from the patio off the master bedroom.
The complex is on the 15th hole of the Sun Peaks golf course.
The area is home to wild life and at various times of the year you may see deer.

• Kamloops Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Starting from Trans Canada Highway 1 Eastbound, take the Highway 5 North exit to Jasper. You will pass 3 sets of traffic lights en route. Then look for signs to Heffley Creek & Sun Peaks. Duration from Hwy 1 to Heffley Creek turn-off: Approximately 25 km/18-20 min. from Hwy 1 at Heffley Creek.
Turn right at Heffley Creek and take the first left at the General Store (see directional sign for Sun Peaks). Proceed along this two-lane, paved road up the mountain all the way into the resort village.
Duration from General Store to Sun Peaks Resort village: Approximately 25 minutes.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. There is a shuttle service available in Sun Peaks Resort. The service runs on weekends and holiday periods. The bus picks passengers up across from our complex in parking lot 5. It runs every half hour. It drops you at the Main Lodge of Sun Peaks. • Golf: The unit is located on Sun Peaks Golf Course. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). From our unit you can ski/walk to the end of our complex between units 1 and 48 to enter the ski way that takes you to the base of Mount Morrisey. You can purchase lift tickets here and ski from here to any of the three mountains at Sun Peaks. The unit is also ski in from Sun Dance. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). The main village is a ten to fifteen minute walk. If you drive it should take about five minutes. There are many different shops and restaurants to choose from. Our unit has an information binder that outlines all the amenities and lists telephone numbers to assist you in planning your day. • Nearby Attractions: The resort has a recreation facility with an outdoor pool which is open in winter months. There is also toboggan runs, full sized outdoor skating rink and bungee trampoline for guests to enjoy.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card Deposit is refunded by cheque in Canadian dollars. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
