It's situated just 3 miles South of Sunriver Resort, lots of wild life, fishing, hunting, swimming,or floating.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 6:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
