Darling 3 Bedroom House, Great Location In Sunriver, Near Fort Rock Park

This is not an ordinary vacation rental. The bed linens and towels are the highest quality, each room has a TV, the kitchen has many utensils and cookware as well as ample spices. The deck looks out to a vast area that always has deer and other wild life roaming about. We supply coffee, tea and hot cocoa, as well as laundry soap. Fort Rock Park is perfect for children and also has a basketball court, tennis court and picnic/barbecue facilities. The house is also right around the corner from the grocery store/gas station and the new fitness center.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
There is a $25.00 fee for returned cheques.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
