There are actually two condo units that are connected by double doors. These doors can be opened to accommodate larger groups of family or friends. An elevator is available to take you to this second floor unit. In The Villa (larger of the two units) there is a screened in porch which is perfect for relaxing after a long day spent on the beach or the golf course. The porch overlooks the #10 fairway of the beautiful Byrd course at Sea Trail. Short term 2 and 3 day golf or beach packages are available. A FREE Grand Strand Golf, Dining, and Entertainment Discount card is provided for all reservations 5 days or longer. Our property is serviced by Propertywatch, our on site property manager, who will provide you with any concierge services you may require. Rental items are available for beach and golf fun. COME STAY, COME PLAY.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
