Executive 5 Bedroom Villa
Executive 5 bedroom 3 bath villa with private pool on the gated community of Sunset Ridge Davenport. Our villa is on the prestigious estate built by Mercedes home and recently (2006) completed, the estate is ideally situated on the US27 close to the I-4 giving easy access to the main links to the parks or coastal areas for nice beaches.
The villa is in a cul-de-sac and from the front in the evening you get a wonderful view of the sunset giving our road its name of Sunset View Drive. The rear of the villa is fenced and backs onto conservation ground giving almost total privacy.
