This beautiful luxury suite is set up to provide comfort and practicality for your entire family. The unit is beautifully furnished and accessorized and has ample room for everyone. The unit features a large private sundeck with a natural gas barbecue, a formal dinning room as well as a large eat-in kitchen and is located close to all the building amenities. The master bedroom even has its own private sundeck. Families tell us that we have thought of everything that a family could possibly need in their 'home away from home'.

The complex offers indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, tennis court and exercise room. The location is the best in the entire city.

The resort is within a 20 minute drive to 6 major golf courses.

The resort is within 1 hours drive to three major ski hills.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is a beach front property. A coarse sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 0 minute walk from the property. Located on the beach. There is on-site boat moorage available for an additional 25.00 per day charge.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
