This high end luxury town home is great for a large family or anyone who appreciates lots of space. The unit is one of the larger units in the resort and is located on the third level plaza amenities area. With this unit you have the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts at the back door and a large private deck overlooking the lagoon and lake at the front, It doesn't get much better than this. The unit itself is very high end with vaulted 24ft ceilings, hardwood, deluxe gourmet kitchen, high end furnishings, appliances and top of the line Serta beds. This unit truly has it all, you will love it.

The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hotubs and excersice room, tennis courts and library. The resort is located right downtown on Kelowna's waterfront and is located next door to the Grand Lakefront Hotel and Casino. This is the best downtown waterfront location in the city, you can walk to everything. You will love this town home and its location.
