This unit features 1200 sq ft of executive luxury. The unit was decorated and accessorized by a professional decorator and it truly shows. From the moment you walk in it will feel like home. As you walk through the cozy dining area and make you way to the luxurious living room you will say to yourself, wow it can't get much better than this, and then you will look out the patio doors to view and realize that yes it does get better, the view will take your breath away. If you are looking for a condo that is both luxurious but still practicable enough for a family then this would be the one.

The resort is within a 20 minute drive to 6 major golf courses.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
The resort is within 1 hours drive to three major ski hills.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is a beach front property. Property is near a lake. A coarse sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 0 minute walk from the property. Located on the beach downtown. There is on site boat moorage available for an additional $30 per day charge.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
