    Payment Details
    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
