Between June 1 and August 31 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.

Special Conditions

Renters must be a minimum age of 25 unless they are a married couple or part of a family. No children under the age of 12 are permitted in second floor units, except for infants. Last Minute Deal does not apply to Federal US Holidays. Bookings must be made by noon prior to day of arrival.

More Information

Sunset Beach was voted "Best Beach on the East Coast" by Duke University and is in the Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand area. This condo has all the amenities of home and more and is a great place for honeymooners, family get-togethers and vacationers alike. There is also a indoor and an outdoor swimming pool that is used for the complex. Rates include departure cleaning, linens ( bed, bath, and kitchen ), pool / workout facility access and utilities.

Sea Trail is located in Sunset Beach which is 10 miles north of North Myrtle Beach, SC and 50 miles south of Wilmington, NC.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The nearest shopping center is approximately 200 yards from the condo complex. Several restaurants are located in the same vicinity. Another shopping center is about one mile away and includes a grocery store, movie rentals, several restaurants (Mexican, Chinese, Subway, TCBY, Hardee's), dress shops, book stores, Bank of America branch, Radio Shack, Dollar General, 2 service stations, CVS Pharmacy, and more. In addition, the Ingram Planetarium is located in the same shopping complex.
Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Sea Trail Plantation is located one mile from the beach. Even though it's only a mile, walking is not recommended from May through September due to heavy car traffic and the narrow road shoulders. Besides, you'll need your car to take your beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, surf boards, boogie boards, etc. There are three parking lots at the beach, two are free and one is exclusively for resort guests.
Nearby Attractions: Myrtle Beach is only a few minutes away where a myriad of attractions and events await you. All that Myrtle Beach has to offer is only minutes away. Sea Trail is 3 miles from Calabash, NC, 5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach, NC and 15 minutes from N. Myrtle Beach, SC. Sunset Beach is easily accessible via I-95, Highway 17 and I-40. Local activities and amenities are numerous. There is much to do for persons of all ages.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
