Sunset Beach was voted "Best Beach on the East Coast" by Duke University and is in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. This condo has all the amenities of home and more and is a great place for honeymooners, family get-togethers, and vacationers alike. Ceiling Fans. In the bathrooms there is – Night light, handheld shower nozzle, first aid kit, liquid hand soap and bath soap. There is an iron and ironing board. There is also a indoor and outdoor swimming pool that is used for the complex. Rates include departure cleaning, linens (bed, bath, and kitchen), pool/workout facility access and utilities.

Another shopping center is about one mile away and includes a grocery store, movie rentals, several restaurants (Mexican, Chinese, Subway, TCBY, Hardee's), dress shops, book stores, Bank of America branch, Radio Shack, Dollar General, 2 service stations, CVS pharmacy, and more. In addition, the Ingram Planetarium is located in the same shopping complex.
• Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Sea Trail Plantation is located one mile from the beach. Even though it's only a mile, walking is not recommended from May through September due to heavy car traffic and the narrow road shoulders. Besides, you'll need your car to take your beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, surf boards, boogie boards, etc. There are three parking lots at the beach, two are free and one is exclusively for resort guests.
• Nearby Attractions: Myrtle Beach is only 15 minutes away where a myriad of attractions await you.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
