This luxurious condo is located at Sea Trail Resort in Sunset Beach, NC and overlooks one of the resorts signature golf course. Sea Trail is 3 miles from Calabash, NC, 5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach, NC & 15 minutes from N. Myrtle Beach, SC. Sunset Beach is easily accessible via I-95, Highway 17 and I-40. . This spacious condo has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with TV & VCR/DVD/stereo, washer, dryer, screened porch, high speed internet, golf course view and more. Local activities, amenities and restaurants are numerous. There is much to do for persons of all ages.


Sunset Beach was voted "Best Beach on the East Coast" by Duke University and is in the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. This condo has all the amenities of home and more and is a great place for honeymooners, family get-togethers, and vacationers alike. Ceiling Fans. In the bathrooms there is – Night light, handheld shower nozzle, first aid kit, liquid hand soap and bath soap. There is an iron and ironing board. There is also an indoor and outdoor swimming pool for the complex.

Airport
The Wilmington, NC airport is 50 miles away and the Charleston, SC and Raleigh, NC airports are approx. 3 hours from the condo. There are three championship golf courses-Dan Maples, Willard Byrd, and Rees Jones onsite, plus another 30 courses within a 15 minute drive. The Maples Clubhouse is about 200 yards from the condo; the Jones/Byrd, about 1/2 mile. Sea Trail is located in Sunset Beach which is 10 miles north of North Myrtle Beach, SC and 50 miles south of Wilmington, NC. Myrtle Beach and its many attractions (dinner theaters, nightclubs, restaurants, bars, amusement parks, shopping centers, outlet malls, Broadway at the Beach, etc.) are only a few miles away.
Shopping and Dining
The nearest shopping center is approximately 200 yards from the condo complex. Several restaurants are located in the same vicinity. Another shopping center is about one mile away and includes a grocery store, movie rentals, several restaurants (Mexican, Chinese, Subway, TCBY, Hardee's), dress shops, book stores, Bank of America branch, Radio Shack, Dollar General, 2 service stations, CVS pharmacy, and more. In addition, the Ingram Planetarium is located in the same shopping complex.
Attractions
Myrtle Beach and its many attractions (dinner theaters, nightclubs, restaurants, bars, amusement parks, shopping centers, outlet malls, Broadway at the Beach, etc.) are only a few miles away.
Golf Courses

Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a pond. A fine sand beach, gradual for a long distance is a 10 minute walk from the property. Sea Trail Plantation is located one mile from the beach. Even though it's only a mile, walking is not recommended from May through September due to heavy car traffic and the narrow road shoulders. Besides, you'll need your car to take your beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, surf boards, boogie boards, etc. There are three parking lots at the beach, two are free and one is exclusively for resort guests.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 50.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
