    This Beautiful 5Bdr Ocean View home is located on the Slope off Davis Bay pier in Davis Bay. Newly renovated and professionally decorated is in beautiful condition. This spacious home is the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation. On the top floor there are 3(three) bedrooms with 2 bathrooms ( 1 ensuite) a large living room with a fire place and a sitting room and kitchen with spectacular views of the Georgia Straight and Nanaimo. There is also a large patio partly covered with a gas bbq, patio table and chairs. The uncovered patio area has two lounge chairs and table just to lounge and watch the cruise ships sail by. The first floor which also boasts breathtaking views has two (2) bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry, games room and storage (crab nets, fishing tackle, wagons, beach toys etc.). Sechelt town with its restaurants, shops, and cafes is just a 5min drive away Groceries , cafe, beach, antique shops are just a 3 min walk to the pier.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
