Relax and unwind at our beautiful cottage, located in the Pender Harbour area on the Sunshine Coast. A cozy and comfortable cabin, snuggled at the base of a 100 meter rock cliff and overlooking a tranquil pond, it’s perfect for a romantic getaway, an outdoor adventure or a family get together!

Unwind in front of a log fire or sit in peace and tranquility on the deck and enjoy the sounds of nature. Practice golf on your private Putting Green and Golf Cage or sit in the hot tub and relax. Close to 5 lakes and the ocean - we have something for everyone and every season.

    The cottage is situated on a trout pond - kitchen, dining room and living room all have views of the beautiful pond.

    Your cottage is over 1000 sq. ft and sleeps up to 6 people. With two bedrooms, loft area, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and great room with a wood burning fireplace - cozy enough for two yet spacious enough for a family. French doors from both the living and dining area open up to an expansive deck with expansive views of the pond. Your living area has an entertainment center with CD player, DVD/VHS, with a library of TV-series and movies. Your bathroom features slate floors and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. A washer and dryer are also available. There is a private gazebo on the hillside. BBQ/fire pit and propane BBQ are also available. For the avid golfer we have a putting green and golf cage. At Mixal Lake, we provide a canoe for our guest’s exclusive use. Back at the cabin there are other games such as Boccie, croquet and board games for the evenings.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
