Special Conditions
There is no vehicle access to this property. It is only accessed via passenger ferry/water taxi (no vehicles). Vehicles can be barged over but it is generally cost prohibitive (approx $3500 round trip) so please keep this in mind when planning your vacation.

• The unit is Ocean front. There is access to the beach from the unit and it could be described as a medium-bank beach. There is also a big broad walk-on beach 5 minutes walk from the house which would be suitable for kids.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
