Only a ten minute drive from your arrival off the ferry to your home base for exploring the coast or just staying cozy by the fire. Open and spacious 3 bedroom Chalet style home with everything you need to relax and enjoy. Huge wrap around sundeck overlooking your private yard, gardens and forested ravine. Upper bedrooms have a private deck and an ocean view from the sitting room/library area. A short drive to picturesque beaches, Gibson's seaside village, cafes, restaurants, shopping & groceries.
This privacy of this property is thanks to its location beside a forested ravine. It is important, as always, to monitor small children.
'Quiet times' between 11pm and 7am are strict, as a courtesy to the tenant living in the garden suite of the house.

The sunshine coast is famous for its artisan community, with shops both in Gibsons and sprinkled along the major driving routes.

If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.
