This is a great condo unit set next to a small creek in a tranquil spot away from the congestion of downtown SV. Very centrally located near Dollar Mtn. Ski Area and close to Sun Valley Ski Resort & 8 golf courses. The setting on a small cul-de-sac, surrounded by single family houses gives this end unit the look and feel of a house-spacious, quiet and private.

There is a large, sunny backyard with a nice deck. Everything you need for a day in the sun (winter or summer) can be found including barbecue, comfortable lounge chairs, etc. The hot tub is the perfect place to end the day!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 19 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
SECURE payments can be made through PAYPAL with a VISA or MASTERCARD or directly from your bank account.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 3.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $100 addtl.cleaning charge will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $100.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
