Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Money order or cashier's check required if reservation made or paid within 30 days of occupancy.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
