• Coolangata Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. The Gold Coast airport located at Coolangata is 30 minutes by Rent a Car, Taxi or Commuter bus. Rate by commuter bus is $12.00. Rent a car, available at the airport makes vacations great as the roads are straight forward and easy.
• Transit: can be reached by driving less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving less than 1 minute away. More than 20 restaurants are located within 5 minutes walking distance of the building. You will be spoiled for choice. Being in the centre of Surfers paradise, the shopping precinct is 2 blocks from the building. Excellent restaurants of all varieties are within 2 minutes walking distance of the Resort. Within the resort itself there are two restaurants.
• Ocean is located within a 1 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Sufers Paradise Beach, Broad Beach, Main Beach. Beach Equipment: Powerboat, Rentals Nearby and Water Trampoline.
• Nearby Attractions: Tours or travel to all local attractions (Movie World, Sea World, Dream World) easily available.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $90.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
