Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking.
Balance payable 7 days prior to occupancy.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - Before 10 Am.
Credit card details must be confirmed prior to occupancy (In Lieu of Bond)
Linen is provided in the apartment.
Pets not allowed.
Loss - Owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property

Arriving at the Gold Coast Airport (Coolangata) Turn left at the airport exit on to the Gold Coast Highway and head north for 30 minutes when the unmistakable silver spire of the Q1 Building will be seen on your left, right in the middle of Surfers Paradise.
• Transit: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Bus. Bus Stop is located in front of the entrance of the building. Rental cars, scooters are easily available.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 90.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
