    Verve being directly opposite a patrolled surf beach has undoubtedly suburb ocean views. The view is uninterrupted both up and down the coastline.

    Verve also has a fantastic park opposite which is great for kids. It is very picturesque, complete with walking track, BBQ's and numerous playgrounds.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
