Very spacious and private with own family bathroom, bar fridge, tea/coffee making facility, built-in-robe, fully air conditioneed (heating and cooling), ceiling fans and own balcony with views over the river and surfers skyline. Extra single fold out beds can be provided as well as Baby cot.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $5 per night hire fee for each item.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $45.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
