Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There are several golf courses less than 10 minutes by car.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Less than 10 minute walk to world famous Caville avenue, the centre of the Gold Coasts shopping and dining precinct.
The resort is riverside, the unit overlooks the courtyard. The patrolled surf beach is located a short 5 minute walk away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $20 per week hire fee.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
