Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40.00. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
