Beautiful queen-sized bedroom suites, large TV, and richly colored, eye-catching German-engineered timber floor. Suites are newly (2006) renovated, with modern brand-new en-suite. The bathrooms are fitted with French-made DYNAMIC basin and full porcelain toilet set. Bathrooms are also fitted with a towel rail, bathroom cabinet, and toilet roll handle, all made of stainless steel. There is also a large backyard for parking. 6 minutes to walk to the train station and the bus stop is right at the front door. Train to city 10 minutes.

A folding bed and linen will be provided for additional occupants (charge apply).

Some of Australia's best Greek and Portuguese restaurants are in this area-less than 10 minutes walk. Walk 5 minutes to a large grocery supermarket. Walk to pub less than 10 minutes.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under the age of 3 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
