Public large full function kitchen and a dining area.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single/Twin Air Mattress (sleeps 1). Large bedrooms, bedside tables, dressing table desk, large TV and richly coloured, eye-catching German-engineered timber floor, very comfortable for walking on. A folding bed and linen will be provided for additional occupants (charge apply).
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Front and backyard garden.
• Walk to train station 6 minutes. Drive to Sydney International Airport 15 minutes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Petersham is the famous centre of Spanish, Portuguese and Greek in Australia. Some of Australia's best Greek and Portuguese restaurants are in this area-less than 10 minutes walk. Walk 5 minutes to a large grocery supermarket. Walk to pub less than 10 minutes.
• Train to Sydney downtown 10 minutes. To Bandi beach 20 minutes. Drive to Rockdale beach 20 minutes. Drive to nearest seaside 5 minutes.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
