    This Australia Vacation Apartment is truly unique and is for the couple who desire to be part of the carefree Aussie way of life. It is not an impersonal hotel room rather a large 100 sq meter apartment set in the forest on Sydney's` prestigious north shore just 30 minutes from the city. With no other guests you are assured of privacy and seclusion. With your hosts nearby and connected by intercom it is an opportunity to experience Sydney as few do. It is just minutes away from Sydney's` finest national park with hidden waterways, aboriginal cultural centre, great bush walks, and a landscape that in places has not changed for 1000s of years. Guests who partake of a full vacation package also then have access to a personal guide to explore the many hidden locations surrounding Sydney that are truly breathtaking and unknown to most travellers.

    • Within 200 meters of your apartment there is a rail station with safe direct travel to the city {30 minutes} and subsequent travel to Sydney airport. However with all vacation packages a personal meet and greet can be arranged at the airport.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are at least 20 golf courses within a 20 minute drive of this apartment.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The location of this apartment is within minutes of a large shopping mall and also surrounded again within minutes of a multitude of multi national restaurants from formal dining to quaint kerbside eateries.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Although this Sydney apartment does not have water views, it does have uninterrupted views over Sydney's natural bushland. It is set in the tree tops amongst this bushland and you are visited daily with an assortment of native birds. Sydney being surrounded by the sea, rivers and the harbour means that there is no location more than 30 minutes away to visit. Most city landmarks are adjacent to or within minutes walking distance from the harbour. A short distance to the north and adjacent to your apartment within the confines of the Kuring-Gai Chase National park is Broken Bay. Sydney is probably the finest city in the world for water activities. With a sunny temperate climate it is an ideal location to indulge. There are at least 30 seaside beaches, a magnificent working harbour also with countless beaches. Broken Bay is the mouth of the famous Hawkesbury River which served Sydney in the early 1800s again with hidden waterways and remote uninhabited bushland that runs down to the waters edge. It is when you have your own guide and boat that you will really appreciate these waterways.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 18 years old.
    • Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 6:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
