Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Visitors can book 4, 3, or 2 bedrooms at the house and still retain exclusive occupancy of the house during their stay period ( Meaning visitors do not share the house with anyone during their stay period except those in their travel/booking group.

Rates based on 4 bedrooms - Enquirer rates on 2 and 3 bedroom bookings

All bedrooms, beds, linen and towels are allocated according to the number of bedrooms booked and stated in booking confirmation ( maximum 2 visitors per bedroom).

1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom 3 (upstairs) is spacious & has double glass & timber frame bi-fold doors, safety rail & directly over looks the central courtyard & inner city roof tops. The room offers lots of air & light, cathedral ceilings, cream carpet, recycled air conditioning, ceiling fan & the bed is dressed in warm velvet & suede fabrics. It has a 120 cm flat screen TV, video, DVD, stereo, cable, clock radio & phone, dial out (local calls only). 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom 4 (upstairs) has an en suite, cathedral ceilings, cream carpet, recycled air conditioning & four door mirror & timber frame built-in. The room is extremely inviting & calming & offers you a cozy dressed bed with lots of suede, feathers & leopard skin cushions, throw over & bed cover. It also has side tables, clock radio, DVD & phone, dial out (local calls only) or dial direct to other guest rooms in the house & lounge area. 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom 1 (down stairs) has a very large canopy bed, dressed in overhead netting & is situated directly opposite the downstairs bathroom. It has an exquisite wring desk/computer desk, side tables, lamp & artifacts. It has natural stone flooring, large rug, 3 door mirror & timber frame built-in, heating, clock radio, phone, dial out (local calls only) . 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom 2 (down stairs) is a very popular room, it has double glass bi-fold doors that lead directly onto the central courtyard & a pull down fly screen so you can go to sleep with the doors closed & never hear a sound or you can sleep with the doors open & drift off to sleep listening to the chanting of running water from the outside water feature. This bedroom offers a double bed, oriental bed head, side tables, interesting artifacts, 2 door mirror & timber frame built-in, an abundance of natural light & free flowing air, cream stone flooring, large rug, heating, clock radio, phone, dial out (local calls only).

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The views from the living, dining, kitchen, and 2nd bedroom are all looking into tropical scenery, water features, and statues. The view from the 3rd bedroom is basically overlooking the central tropical courtyard with some Inner City roof tops. The view from the 1st and master bedroom are street frontage (very quite street) over looking a very wide tree line street.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Additional to bus service only 3 minutes walk from the door, there is the Light Rail 5 minute walk from the unit. The light rail runs every 10 minutes & takes you direct to The Fish Markets, China Town, Town Hall, Queen Victoria Building, Paddies Markets/Entertainment Centre & connects you direct with the Mono Rail in the city which takes you to Circular Quay, Opera House. Wynyard & central Station etc
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. To drive to the nearest golf course is 10-15 minutes at most.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Situated minutes to the city including but not limited to; Balmains' legendary coffee houses, restaurants, Bohemian pubs, jazz and rock bands, dancing, trendy bars, specialty shops, markets, and local natural therapists - spoil yourself. • Ocean is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. We are situated 3 minutes away from Harbour side & parklands, the popular Bay walk & harbour side cafe's & restaurants. However there no beaches directly in the neighbourhood but a 10 minute bus or light rail trip, into Circular Quay & a ferry will take you directly onto Manly beach. And it takes 15 minutes by car to Sydney's famous Bondi Beach. We have 3 local swimming pools in the area
• Nearby Attractions: Less than 3 to 5 km away from the units front door visit the Fish Markets & buy the catch of the day for that special dinner party or enjoy cafe & eateries at the fish markets. Day trip hire on the harbour, deep sea fishing trip, sailing, yachting or cruises. Go shopping at Birkenhead Point renown for discount label shopping.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

BOND: A 3,000 BOND IS REQUIRED VIA CREDIT CARD UPON VISITORS ARRIVAL.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
