The lounge room, main bedroom and balcony overlook the northern side of Narrabeen beach.

• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The unit backs onto the beach. The Narrabeen patrolled section of the beach (flagged area) is about 100 meters away. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: On the Express bus route to Sydney central. Buses can also be used to get to Manly beach and ferries.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
