The 2 bedroom unit has extensive views of the beach and has a northerly aspect. The unit backs onto the famous Narrabeen beach and has a 15 meter fenced pool. It is located in a quiet area yet within 2 blocks are restaurants, takeaway shops, bakeries, coffee shops, Woolworths etc, Narrabeen lake (great fishing) and a Sydney Express bus stop (40 minute trip). Within 10 minutes drive are movie theater, golf courses, tennis courts, beach pools, beach and lakeside walks and shopping centres. Use of the unit includes the availability of surf skis, fishing gear, boogie and surf boards.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
