If you're looking for a private mountain getaway, but you want to still be close to all the action, this is what you've been looking for. Situated in a little cove in the woods, you can relax on the large front porch and watch the abundant wildlife around you or swing in the hammock in the front yard while listening the the babbling brook near by. Wild turkeys, raccoons, owls and even the occasional bobcat and black bear have all been seen here! Located only 10 minutes from historic Dillsboro and 15 minutes from the town of Sylva, there's endless things to do and see close by.

Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
