Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

Rental includes live-in housekeeper/cook (cheerful and good cook), electricity, and linen. Cook will prepare and serve three dinners/week. (More need to be negotiated). Car should be rented. Boat and car hire can be arranged.
Food and drink reimbursed to housekeeper against receipts. Land line telephone/fax to be reimbursed against estimated cost.

Airport on Rhodes Island (3/4 hr by catamaran or hydrofoil).
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Town and Port about 8 kms (15-20 min drive).
By car: 10-15 minutes to beaches. Several beaches on the island - usually pebble, but some sandy. Some have tavernas. Accessible by car (some) or boat.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
The breakage deposit is normally 10% of total rental, payable with balance of rental 60 days before arrival, and refundable at end of stay on site less breakage/damage costs.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
