Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
Rental includes live-in housekeeper/cook (cheerful and good cook), electricity, and linen. Cook will prepare and serve three dinners/week. (More need to be negotiated). Car should be rented. Boat and car hire can be arranged.
Food and drink reimbursed to housekeeper against receipts. Land line telephone/fax to be reimbursed against estimated cost.

• Airport on Rhodes Island (3/4 hr by catamaran or hydrofoil).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Town and Port about 8 kms (15-20 min drive).
• By car: 10-15 minutes to beaches. Several beaches on the island - usually pebble, but some sandy. Some have tavernas. Accessible by car (some) or boat.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
The breakage deposit is normally 10% of total rental, payable with balance of rental 60 days before arrival, and refundable at end of stay on site less breakage/damage costs.

• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
• Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
