More Information
As you may guess, we don't work in renting field. We just have the fortune to own this small jewel in the centre of Talamone in the heart of the Maremma, in Tuscany. Unfortunately, we can't spend a lot of time in Talamone, so we have decided to share it with persons who love this area. The passion for Talamone, for nature excursions, for the Maremma Toscana and not least, for the good food of this part of Italy, all these things have involved us to take care of this flat and of this web-site. Recently, we have renovated and beautifully furnished the apartment. And also this web-site was created with the goal to let people know about the beauty of the sea and the hinterland of this wonderful area. Why the name "TalamoneFlat"? as you know, "flat" is the definition for "apartment" that, in our case, is about 30mq, A small jewel comfortable and welcoming and very cool in summer and located in an area that offers breathtaking views.

The sea has a central role in its history since the time of Garibaldi, who landed there with his men for supplies of weapons and ammunition on the route to conquest the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
Reservations must be improved by paying 30% of the stay by bank transfer.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 12 years old.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
