Payments & Deposit

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.00 percent surcharge.
Visa, Master Card
Short notice requests can only be paid by Email Money Transfer.
Money orders & bank drafts must be in Canadian funds.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a credit card number only (i.e. no charges are processed).
Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 3 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
