Gorgeous view of the estuary and right across the street from the beach - see monkeys swinging from the trees as you eat breakfast on one of the terraces in the morning, and then walk across the street for a leisurely day at the beath. This location doesn't get any better.

• Liberia Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Or a few minutes from Tamarindo Airport
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Everything is a short walk from the condo!
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The unit is right across the street from Tamarindo Beach or you can walk about 10 minutes to Langosta Beach or 15 minutes to Grande Beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
