It's a 45 minute drive from Liberia International Airport, a 4 hour drive from San Jose or a 25 minute domestic flight.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are a number of world class golf courses just a short drive from the condo.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Restaurants and shops are just down the street.
Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. It's less then 3 blocks to the ocean. Tamarindo is one of Costa Rica's most popular beaches thanks to the weather, wide beaches and great surfing.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
