• Beach surface is fine sand. A short distance from Playa Conchal. This beach is One of Costa Rica's finest beaches with pure White sand. Enjoy the Ocean and receive full use of our Exclusive Beach Club (the only one on Playa Conchal).
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
